Walking is such a game changer! I participated in the NPR study a few months ago on NEAT (non-exercise activity time) breaks, where you take 5 minutes every half hour to go for a short walk or otherwise move your body in some way (https://www.npr.org/2023/12/22/1213518650/changing-our-sedentary-screen-filled-habits). I wasn't very good at the study, lol (5 minutes every half hour is a lot!), but I still keep that in mind as a goal and it really does make a difference. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and experience!
