Happy Birthday to Me!!!!

This is 30!

Today is my 30^th birthday and my 3^rd wedding anniversary (I know, I know, who gets married on their birthday? Well, my hubby and I did). I am enjoying a nice staycation with my family. I decided to take a social media break for a few days, but I wanted to come here and send you a quick newsletter.

I Have No Words of Wisdom

Usually, when people enter a new decade, they write life lessons they’ve learned or 30 things they want to do in their 30^th – but I got nothing. I only want to continue to inspire women, especially moms, to follow their dreams and make them a reality.

I have a few things I’m looking forward to in my 30^th, though.

1. I look forward to growing my writing business, and this newsletter.

2. I look forward to growing my podcast, reaching more people, and learning about more cultures.

3. I look forward to making more memories with my family.

4. I look forward to watching my children grow into incredible little humans.

5. And I look forward to making more connections with people I meet.

How Do I Feel About Turning 30?

If you are over 30, please let me know how you felt when you turned 30. I was looking forward to turning 30, and then I panicked last week when it hit me; like damn, I’m for real about to be 30! My stepmom said age is all in your head, and I agree because I don’t feel close to 30 – I don’t know what age I feel.

Okay, I told myself I was going to keep this one short. So next week, I’ll let you know how the staycation went and the live interview I’ll be doing next Tuesday for a devotional book I co-wrote with some other ladies!
