In January, I published here about my struggle to accept my recent PTSD diagnosis. And now, I finally started therapy for it. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster, to say the least, but I keep focusing on the bigger picture, which is to understand my triggers and get better. If I don’t do the work now, the same cycle will continue, and I’m over that. I want to move forward.
