They Do Not Define Us
I wrote this article or essay; I honestly don’t even know what to call my writing anymore, LOL, on Medium back in February. As I was reading it, I thought, “why haven’t I shared this with my paid subscribers?” So, here it is!
Being diagnosed with PTSD late last year has thrown me off my game. I wrote a post for my Substack newsletter about my struggle with this in January, and I feel like it’s been making me so emotional. I started therapy again late last year because I was becoming angry, and it was taking me back to a place I didn’t want to go.
